Climate change is one of the most pressing issues facing this generation. In 2019, The Department of Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences at UCLA launched the new Climate Science major to train students to find solutions to manage and mitigate global climate change. This video is the centerpiece of the department’s branding and launch of the degree, the first of its kind at any major university.
